Careful preparation of these documents helps minimize risks and expedite the approval process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2 Appraisal and Issuance of Investment Registration Certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The dossier will be submitted to the local Department of Planning and Investment or the Ministry of Industry and Trade for large-scale or inter-provincial projects. The appraisal period typically ranges from 15 to 45 days, depending on the project\u2019s nature and scale.
