Steps to be taken<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To register a trademark, businesses need to take the following steps:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Step 1:<\/span><\/strong> Submit a trademark registration application to the Intellectual Property Department<\/p>\n<p>The application can be submitted online or by post or directly at the receiving points of the Intellectual Property Department.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong><\/span> Appraise the form of the trademark registration application<\/p>\n<p>The time for form appraisal is about 02 months from the time of application.
