E-sanad<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>E-Service for verification &amp; attestation of documents of Indian Citizens<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1: <\/strong>Applicant visit e-Sanad website for online application (<a href=\"https:\/\/esanad.nic.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/esanad.nic.in\/<\/a>) and pay the fees online for consular certification<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Consular certification for documents online in MEA as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data is made available to MEA (Ministry of External Affairs)<\/li>\n<li>Documents are digitally verified by concerned DIAs (Document Issuing Authorities) or GAD (General Administration Department)<\/li>\n<li>MEA verifies digitally signed\/pre-approved documents<\/li>\n<li>Attested document with Apostille stickers is dispatched to applicant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong>: Authenticated documents to be submitted to the Vietnam Embassy\/Consulate General in India alongside identification for consular legalization<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4<\/strong>: Obtaining a certified copy and a certified translation of the consular legalised document at the District People&#8217;s Committee of Vietnam&#8217;s Justice Division or a notary service in Vietnam.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Attestationapostille_of_documents_not_covered_under_E-sanad\"><\/span>2.
