Legal updates in April

Let’s review with CDLAF some outstanding documents issued this April, specifically:

  • Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP regarding industrial cluster management and development was issued by the Government on March 15, 2024, and will take effect on May 01, 2024.
  • Decree No. 34/2024/ND-CP was issued by the Government on March 31, 2024, and will take effect on May 15, 2024. It provides a list of dangerous goods and transportation of dangerous goods by road motor vehicles and inland waterway vehicles.
  • Decree No. 38/2024/ND-CP regarding administrative sanctions in the field of fisheries was issued by the Government on April 05, 2024, and will take effect on May 20, 2024.
  • Circular No. 04/2024/TT-BCT was issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on March 27, 2024, and will take effect on May 11, 2024, amending and supplementing some articles of Circular No. 20/2014/TT-BCT dated June 25, 2014, of the Minister of Industry and Trade regulating the implementation of Rules of Origin in the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Area.
  • Circular No. 02/2024/TT-BCT was issued by the Minister of Information and Communications on March 29, 2024, and will take effect on May 15, 2024. It provides the list of potentially unsafe products and goods under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
