Mr. Tran Trung Hieu currently holds the position of Paralegal at CDLAF. Drawing on practical experience in supporting both individual and corporate clients, he focuses on investment, dispute resolution, and corporate legal advisory.

Mr. Hieu has direct, hands-on experience working with clients in the review, drafting, and resolution of legal issues arising from contracts, with particular emphasis on disputes relating to contractual performance obligations. He is further engaged in legal research and provides support to lawyers throughout advisory and dispute resolution processes, ensuring that proposed solutions are consistent with applicable legal provisions and practical enforcement.

Underpinned by a rigorous academic foundation and experience gained across a range of legal organisations and state authorities, Mr. Hieu demonstrates strong capacity for legal analysis, assessment, and problem-solving in a logical and effective manner.
