Dispute Resolution
CDLAF participates with clients to settle conflicts in any sector, including Operations Management, Contracts, Labor, and Intellectual Property and so on. Conflicts can be resolved through negotiation, judgment, agreement (referred to as pre-procedure), or by a Court or Arbitration (procedure).
At CDLAF, we help our clients to:
- Analyze and develop a solution for each case. Factors about: The effectiveness of each option, ability to implement, goodwill of the other party, implementation time, and difficulties that may arise, etc. will be analyzed in detail by CDLAF so that clients better understand their issue and choose the appropriate solution;
- At each stage, CDLAF’s lawyer will represent the client to issue official documents, and negotiate;
- Participatewith the client in the process of collecting and establishing evidence;
- Represent clients to work for the Court, the Arbitrator, and other relevant parties;
- Develop a risk assessment and training system to assist customers in avoiding similar conflicts and avoiding customer damage;
- Guide clients in doing necessary tasks after the parties have reached a general agreement or after a court decision.
