At CDLAF, we aim to foster legal capacity for individuals with the purpose that each individual will identify the legal risks and take the measures on their own to ensure benefits of the individual or enterprise for which the individual is working.
With many years of experience in consulting Enterprises, we realize that each department and employee of the enterprise is the factor that helps the enterprise identify the risks as soon as possible, especially when they are equipped with legal knowledge. Therefore, CDLAF create Legal skills training program with the purpose of providing legal knowledge and practical experience corresponding to each field.
CDLAF’s training courses are diverse in many fields and for many different Customers. Typically, we regularly organize legal training courses for enterprises, Managers – Executives, Personnel, Business Departments, Contracts, etc. For each course, in addition to legal regulations and sharing practical experience, practice sessions on handling legal issues will help students achieve their expected goals after completing the training course.

At CDLAF, we help our clients:

• Understand legal regulations, identify legal risks and develop appropriate solutions;
• For individual students, CDLAF evaluates the students’ goals and suggests the appropriate training course;
• For enterprises, we survey the personnel status and method of operation in the enterprise. CDLAF will design the training program that is appropriate for the operating model and goals of Enterprises;
• Prepare corresponding documents for each training program, student and department;
• CDLAF Lawyers and experts directly participate in training. Legal knowledge and practical experience will be shared at the training sessions;
• The result of evaluation for each student, department or employee after the training course will be informed to Customers;
• Periodically update each department and employee of customers on the legal content when there are any changes of the law.
