Tran Ngoc Chinh (Mr.)

Chinh is a Senior Associate of CDLAF. Before joining CDLAF, Chinh used to hold the position of Associate in Dentons LuatViet, PLF Law Firm, as well as an in-house counsel of a real estate company headquartered in District 3 of Ho Chi Minh City.

Throughout his career, Chinh has supported clients operating in several industries like banking – finance, information technology, e-commerce, etc. by carrying out legal services such as registration of enterprises, registration of domestic and foreign investment projects, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, retainer consultancy, and resolution of disputes on foreign purchase and sale of goods with foreign.
